Booking a Colonic with us at Flora & Co Wellness is simple with our online booking system!

***Please Note***
We do not want to charge you cancellation fees, but we do want you to make appointments you can keep so our business can run as smoothly as possible. When we have no shows and last-minute cancellations, we are out the costs of our therapist's time, what would have been a fully paid spot and clients in need miss out on appointments. It's important to us that you realise that our time is limited and valuable just as we know yours is.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment if it is your first visit with us. You will need to fill out a new client form if you have not already done so online. A new client form will be emailed to you after you book so, please fill it out before treatment. Allow 10 minutes to complete the form as it is pivotal, we get correct information.
If you arrive early, feel free to come and relax in our waiting area. We have plenty of books and products to keep you busy!
Once you have booked your appointment and paid a deposit, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please ensure you enter your details carefully and correctly. A reminder email and text will also be sent 48 hours before your appointment.
A deposit must be paid to secure your booking (either through PayPal or Credit/Debit Card). You can pay the remainder in cash, bank transfer or on any credit/debit card after your colonic.
There will be NO REFUNDS once your deposit is paid however your appointment can be rescheduled within a certain time frame without the deposit being lost (see below). We allow for a maximum of 1 reschedules.
Though we aim to stick to appointment times, please allow some time if your therapist is running late and allow plenty of time to accommodate as the day is not always predictable.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment this will result in an appointment forfeit and your payment will not be returned AND YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR SESSION. Please allow plenty of time to consider traffic etc.
As your appointment is held exclusively for you, your deposit will be lost and WILL NOT BE RETURNED. FULL payment is due if cancelled within 24 hours. Missed appointments will be charged the remainder of the session. Please also note, if you are late and we can treat you, your treatment may be shortened however you will still be charged full price.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Please do not be disappointed when it is enforced.
To cancel an appointment, please do so online (only allowed up to 24 hours in advance) or CALL on 0416 923 386. We cannot guarantee all social media channels are checked regularly to monitor bookings. If you send us a message via Facebook or Instagram within that time frame and get no response, your appointment has not been cancelled. You need to ring and if no one answers please leave a message.
Booking with a partner or friend - if you would like to make a booking with a friend or partner, we can offer you appointments consecutively. You will need to book the first appointment first and then if the spot is available the following time slot will open. Alternatively, to check availability please call us on 0416 923 386.
